Polenta obtained from processing of highest-quality refined corn. Available in two varieties, white and yellow. Without opening the package, place it in a double boiler with boiling water for five (5) minutes. If you prefer, instead, you may open the package and slice the product up and after a few minutes place it on a grill or in the oven or fry it in oil or butter. Perfect with game, cheeses, cold meats and salami, and mushrooms.
