Strongly tied to the land and its typical flavours and values, our production has always revolved around the processing of best quality, sough-after corn flour. The quality is guaranteed by the use of corn coming solely from the Veneto and Friuli regions, by years of experience ad well as state-of-the-art technology.
Our production method has been gradually refined over the years to give a range of healthy, wholesome products that reflect extraordinary artisan skill. The top of our range is undoubtedly the Polenta, for which semi-flint corn/maize is used giving it a more intense flavour. It comes in white and yellow variety.
There is the Polenta Istantanea (Instant) version, ready in just 3 minutes or the Polenta Pronta (Ready-cooked) version, which can be simply sliced and grilled, baked or fried. Last but not least there is the Farina Bramata di Mais (Sought-after corn flour) in the classic pack.
The Farine di Grano Tenero (Common Wheat Flours) are excellent for cakes, bread, pizzas, etc. Alongside the polenta and the corn flours, MOLINO CERESER CAV. GINO also offers Gnocchi and Pasta all'uovo (pasta made with eggs) in various shapes and sizes. Only meticulously selected high quality ingredients go into these hand-made products.
